It’s gorgeous!!!

This hare is absolutely lovely. It arrived super fast and very well packed. My only criticism is that it would greatly benefit from a bit of a weighted bottom.

Hare sooner rather than later

I bought this as a replacement because I broke someone else's. Hers was a smaller version but had massive sentimental value which I could in no way recapture. These hollow resin sculptures are fragile for a garden ornament but It was well wrapped for transport. I managed to topple the original with the flick of the lawn mowers electric cable smashing its face and breaking off both ears. When I took the new one out of the box my wife fell in love with it so she may be getting one for Christmas! The recipient struggled to fight back the tears - she also loved it but then she is a massive fan of hares. Delivery after order placement was Quick - ordered Sunday delivered Tuesday pm- the only negative is a minor niggle. The order confirmation states that an e-mail will be sent separately informing of delivery date/time. Another e-mail arrived Monday pm stating its on its way but no date just a link to track the parcel. Following the link just confirmed that the parcel had been received by the courier but could not state even an estimated date. Next morning logging onto the tracker It was planned to be delivered on that Tuesday. Luckily I was able to manoeuvre my day around the expected delivery time which thankfully was an hour slot and delivered during that hour. So all ended well and I was happy but such short notice would have been very difficult with only hours notice if it was the next day or day after. I would have preferred some indication of expected delivery date. 2-3 days, a week or as one supplier stated minimum 2 weeks.
To entice me to give feed back I have been offered a £5 voucher if I supplied a photo. As The Item has already been given I cannot do that but still believe it was worth giving this feed back. A Minor improvement could be made to the overall service but all in all it was a good service and beautifully finished product.
