What happens after I place an order?
Customers will receive a order confirmation containing a receipt.
In the email, there will be a link to your dedicated order page, which will show you an estimated despatch date when one is available, followed by tracking details once shipped.
When will my order be despatched?
We will update your Order Page (link provided in confirmation email) once we have an estimated despatch date.
Please note that our despatch dates are estimated but we will always try to match, or beat it.
It is never our intention to mislead you, however, sometimes the warehouse will fall behind due to the sheer amount of orders. Please be assured there is no queue jumping and your order will be treated in a strict, structured manner to ensure despatch is as swift as possible.

If the product is shown in stock, why is the expected delivery date so far in the future?
The reason for the longer than expected delivery time is due to staffing restrictions related to COVID-19 and the unprecedented amount of orders the warehouse is dealing with at the moment. We hope leads times will reduce very soon. We want to be honest and transparent with you upfront.
