Is delivery free to all UK postcodes?

There are a small number of UK postcodes that are not covered by free delivery, please see the table below.

What happens after I place an order?

Customers will receive a order confirmation containing a receipt.

In the email, there will be a link to your dedicated order page, which will show you an estimated despatch date when one is available, followed by tracking details once shipped. 

Pre-orders

When an item is shown as available as a Pre-order we will give an estimated arrival date of the goods into the warehouse.  This estimated arrival date may fluctuate either side, however, it means the goods are well on their way and booked for arrival at the warehouse. Pre-orders are subject to the usual lead times, however, if you have passed the lead time goods will be despatched swiftly without delay.

When will my order be despatched?

We will update your Order Page (link provided in confirmation email) once we have an estimated despatch date. 

Please note that our despatch dates are estimated but we will always try to match, or beat it.

It is never our intention to mislead you, however, sometimes the warehouse will fall behind due to the sheer amount of orders. Please be assured there is no queue jumping and your order will be treated in a strict, structured manner to ensure despatch is as swift as possible.

Where is your stock held?

100% of our inventory is held in the UK.
