Is delivery free to all UK postcodes?
There are a small number of UK postcodes that are not covered by free delivery, please see the table below.

Which Couriers do you use?
We have three main delivery services:
- Pallet Delivery - Larger items will be delivered using one of two national pallet service companies. Our warehouse will contact you prior to despatch to book a delivery day of your choice.
- Courier service - depending on the weight, size and delivery area your order may be despatched using a courier service. The warehouse will contact you prior to your order leaving the warehouse to determine if you have any preferences, should you not be home to receive the goods. Once dispatched, we will email you tracking information and the carrier will further provide an ETA on the day of delivery.
- ParcelForce 48 service - many items are delivered using the 48 hour delivery service offered by ParcelForce. You will not be contacted prior to despatch, however, we will email you tracking information on the day of despatch and ParcelForce will keep you updated. Should you not be home to receive your delivery please refer to the ParcelForce Delivery information page.
I live abroad, can I still place an order for onward transit?
If you live abroad, we will happily deliver to a UK based shipping company of your choice for onward transportation. We can provide weights, dimensions etc. of each item to assist you with the onward transit. Please contact us and we will help. The same applies for Jersey and the Channel Islands.
If for any reason you want to return an item that has been delivered to you, initially you should email our Sales Team who will then escalate your request in a timely and efficient manner.
Where does my delivery go?
For insurance purposes, our courier companies are not able to carry any products inside of your property or into your garden. Goods on pallets are delivered to the nearest hardstanding surface i.e. it can be placed on your driveway if you have a smooth and even surface. If this criteria can't be met, the closest hardstanding surface is likely to be the kerb.
What happens if I’m not in?
For small products, instructions can be left detailing a secure location for the courier company to leave your order. Please consider that it is at your own risk allowing your goods to be left without a signature.
For large garden furniture sets, chairs, table and planters etc, a signature will be required. When you place your order, you will be able to specify a delivery day for your goods. If you are not home on the day you have arranged for your order, you may be charged for a repeat delivery.
What happens to the packaging that my products are delivered in?
The courier companies do not offer the service to take away any packaging. It will need to be recycled or disposed of in an environmentally friendly way by the customer.
Do you offer shipping internationally?
We only ship to customers within mainland UK, or forward freight companies within the UK should you wish to ship elsewhere.
When you place an order with us, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail. This e-mail doesn't constitute acceptance amounting to a contract; acceptance takes place when the product is dispatched, until which time Ruby's Garden Boutique are entitled to withdraw the offer.
Ruby's Garden Boutique will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery (this includes pallet deliveries with chosen days/dates) and will not be liable for any loss or damage to goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions. We cannot guarantee delivery dates and recommend you bear this in mind when planning ahead.
