Our online store is open and we’re delighted to be taking new orders. The safety and wellbeing of our colleagues and peers is a priority, so we’ve made some changes to the way we work to help us operate safely.
Some of the actions we’ve taken include providing associates with the necessary equipment to help them stay safe while they work, and the facilities to wash and sanitise their hands more frequently throughout the working day; managing the layout of our site and our work patterns to allow associates to maintain a 2m safe distance at all times and enhanced cleaning of equipment and facilities.
Our delivery partners have put in place numerous measures to help protect their customers and drivers.
- Wherever possible, we will deliver to a safe place to minimise contact. This is to increase safety for you, and them.
- If delivering is to your door, couriers will knock and wait at a safe distance to ensure your parcel is received. They’ll also ask for your name rather than asking for a signature.
The additional procedures, plus the reduction of staff in the warehouse and driving will unfortunately have delays on orders. We promise to keep you informed and we are doing everything possible to keep delays to a minimum.
