Every product that you see on the website ships from England. The only time a product will ship from abroad is when it is a special order for a customer, for instance, a Nardi dining set from Italy that we do not have listed on the website.

Shipping is free on all of our products. The price you see on the product page is the price you will pay at checkout.

There are a small number of UK postcodes that are not covered by free delivery, please see the table below.

You will receive an order confirmation containing a receipt. In the email, there will be a link to your dedicated order page, which will show you an estimated despatch date when one is available, followed by tracking details once shipped.
