Nardi Step Height Adjustable Table Anthracite

Great service.

I received the deer sculptures a couple of days ago. When I opened the box, unfortunately one of the antlers on the stag was broken. I got in touch with Ruby's the same day and they couldn't have been more helpful. A replacement was sent out the very next day after being carefully checked and a return label emailed for the package I was returning. After only 3 days I have the new sculptures, in perfect condition. I found Kim in Customer Services most helpful, and everything was arranged effortlessly and efficiently. Would highly recommend both the product and the company!! Definitely 5 stars. Cannot include a picture as they will be a gift and so remain in box.

Solstice Sculptures Deer Pair Large Aluminium Dark Verdigris

Perfect!

Delighted with these benches, which will be used as outdoor coffee/side tables. Assembly is very easy - just push the legs into the corners until they lock into place. I gave each leg a sharp tap with a mallet to ensure that they were fully engaged, but a stronger person could probably do it by hand.
Delivered within 48hours of order, with excellent communication.
Packaging was Pro-Garden 'Timor' rather than Trabella 'Roma', but the item is clearly the same.

Deer Pair

When we did receive the deer we were very pleased, they were well made and look good in the garden by the trees.
However delivery was a problem, we were given dates and when they did not arrive I had to chase it up. Nobody got in touch to say they
would be delayed until I informed them we did not have them and finally we had a date and although I waited in all day nobody got in touch
to say there was a problem. We did receive them the following day (when my husband had a hospital appointment and I could not go with him,
because I had to wait for the delivery). Not impressed with your notifications.

Europa Stone Granada 91cm Patio Garden Table

Expensive rubbish

Purchased this table last year. Stored in garage, with cover on for convenience. The edge has begun to crack off. When I sent photos about this they pushed it on to the manufacturer who said caused by frost. Firstly we have had no hard frost year and secondly it was in my garage. ! Either I am a liar or they are. Extremely unsatisfactory. £579 for one years use is certainly not good value for money. I was offered a new top for £120! I must say the legs are even more expensive then.

We bought it as a side table to use Al fresco along side our larger Nardi table and bora armchairs.. we also use it as an inside bistro table... works perfectly inside and out... Solstice Sculptures Sally In Summer 84cm White Stone Effect

Excellent storage box & excellent service from Rubys

The storage box was surprisingly easy to assemble and very robust once constructed. The lid works well and seems very secure.
Ruby's were extremely helpful and kept us well informed. Their's was also the best price we could find. The price varies a lot online and stock seems in short supply at the moment.
