If for any reason you want to return an item that has been delivered to you, initially you should email our Sales Team who will then escalate your request in a timely and efficient manner.
Where does my delivery go?
For insurance purposes, our courier companies are not able to carry any products inside of your property or into your garden. Goods on pallets are delivered to the nearest hardstanding surface i.e. it can be placed on your driveway if you have a smooth and even surface. If this criteria can't be met, the closest hardstanding surface is likely to be the kerb.
What happens if I’m not in?
For small products, instructions can be left detailing a secure location for the courier company to leave your order. Please consider that it is at your own risk allowing your goods to be left without a signature.
For large garden furniture sets, chairs, table and planters etc, a signature will be required. When you place your order, you will be able to specify a delivery day for your purchase. If you are not home on the day you have arranged for your order, you may be charged for a repeat delivery.
What happens to the packaging that my products are delivered in?
Unfortunately, the courier companies do not offer the service to take away any packaging. It will need to be recycled or disposed of in an environmentally friendly way by the customer.
Do you offer shipping internationally?
We only ship to customers within mainland UK.
When you place an order with us, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail. This e-mail doesn't constitute acceptance amounting to a contract; acceptance takes place when the product is dispatched, until which time Ruby's Garden Boutique are entitled to withdraw the offer.
Ruby's Garden Boutique will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery and will not be liable for any loss or damage to goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.
